Growing up in a tiny coastal town on the shores of North Queensland’s Great Barrier Reef, I’ve always had an affinity for nature and the world around me.
Off the Beaten Coast is the culmination of my love for adventure, wildlife, photography & film and of course, food.

I’ve had an incredibly illustrious career, from working in luxury tourism throughout Australia, to multiple television stints, food and beverage development for hospitality venues and now, working for myself as a full-time freelance creative specialist.
I’m constantly inspired by the places I visit, the people I meet and the stories I hear. This inspiration drives my creativity and I’m incredibly passionate about sharing these adventures and experiences in the form of visual story telling.
